Description
Our client, a custom builder of marketing vehicles, medical trailers and event transportation is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to add to their new Mobile Healthcare Innovations facility in New Berlin, WI. This role pays $24-$26hr based on experience, involves NO TRAVEL, and manages "all things shipping/receiving" around this new custom fabrication Medical/Healthcare facility. Hours are standard at 7am -3:30pm with flexibility and ability for optional overtime. The role comes with a strong benefit plan and great flexibility for work/life balance.
The key to this role is past experience in Shipping/Receiving - delivery and receipt of vehicle parts and materials used to build medical/healthcare related products/vehicles. The incumbent of this role will: Ship and receive equipment related to a custom fabrication shop that builds Medical trailers. Work with shipping vendors to assure ship/receive of materials Use technology - computer/printer - to expedite shipping processes Move equipment and products within the shop and parking lot. Box and package graphics for install teams Address problems that arise and take action when something needs to be adjusted Assist in other departments as needed. Qualifications
1+ years experience in a Shipping/Receiving environment. 1+ years working with external shipping vendors dealing with large products/pieces Familiarity with computer and printer usage Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to learn usage of equipment such as : Pallet Jacks, Forklifts, Forktrucks Valid drivers license
