Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative II has direct interaction with the company customers, sales teams, and logistics personnel. The role works to provide support for both national and international sales, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns, generally providing a high level of customer support. The role is responsible for assuring that all required documentation and certifications are provided for international sales. In addition, this role regularly supports at least one large customer (Mass, Grocery, Club) in order processing and following through on delivery. It is the responsibility of this role to engage with the customers to provide the needed support and communication, maintaining quality customer relations within the organization. The position requires proficiency in following the company values of cooperation, integrity, work ethic, decisiveness, and agility. Essential Functions
Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team. Communicate with customers via phone, email, video conferencing to provide overall customer satisfaction. Assure accurate and timely processing of customer orders so that all orders are shipped on time and in full. Responsible for logging orders received and shipped daily and monitoring of inventories for product availability. Addresses and resolves any conflicts in order, inventory, and/or shipping. Generate reports on sales targets, activity, and related metrics. Manage inventory; process orders and follow through on transfer processes assuring accurate and timely flow of product. Research and act upon quotes on freight, working with various carries for timely and cost-effective delivery. Review accounts receivable payments, identifying discrepancies and clearing deductions. Address and resolve customer concerns, assuring positive outcomes. Use knowledge of products to answer inquiries or to forward to appropriate individuals. Establish and maintain involvement in industry associations for insights and opportunities for the brand. Maintain professional relationships with coworkers, customers, and parent company. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant role at a consumer-packaged goods business with national and international distribution. Customer service experience required. AS-400 and/or D365 experience a plus. Language Skills
