Intermittent Recreation Coordinator
Under the general direction of the Recreation Program/Facility Supervisor and/or Recreation Coordinator, coordinates, schedules, and leads participants in a variety of recreational activities and assists with organizing and implementing activities in the recreation program. This intermittent position is based out of the RecPlex and camps will take place at the RecPlex in West Des Moines. Weekdays 7:00am
6:00pm. Weekend, weeknight and on call work as required. Tentative start date May 2026. High school diploma or equivalent plus six (6) months of work experience in the field of recreation or one (1) year of additional schooling in recreation, education, or related field. 1.
