Position:Bilingual Leasing Consultant

Location:Arlington, VA

Pay:$22/hour + Weekly Pay!

Experience:

1. Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
2. 1 year of residential leasing experience.

Type:Part-time; Temporary

Schedule:Monday and Wednesday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Job Description:

1. Greet and assist prospective residents in person, online, and over the phone.
2. Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities.
3. Manage leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects.
4. Process applications and support lease documentation.
5. Maintain accurate records using property management software (Entrata).
6. Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
7. Support day-to-day administrative and leasing office tasks.

Position Requirements:

1. Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
2. Familiarity with Entrata or similar property management software.
3. Strong sales and closing skills.
4. Experience with tax credit properties preferred.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
