Part-Time Leasing Agent
to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is looking to grow in property management.
Position Details
Schedule:
Approximately 25 hours per week
Days:
3 days per week, including
every Saturday
Pay Range:
$16-$19/hour, depending on experience
What You'll Do As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, creating a welcoming and professional experience.
Responding to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Scheduling and conducting apartment tours
Following up with prospects and managing leasing leads
Assisting residents with questions, requests, and service needs
Coordinating maintenance requests and work orders
Preparing and maintaining resident files and lease documentation
Supporting occupancy goals and marketing efforts

What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is reliable, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Required
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Preferred (but not required)
Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service
Knowledge of
Fair Housing laws
Familiarity with property management software (Entrata preferred)
Basic understanding of budgets and financials
