Position Overview We are seeking an Industrial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our growing industrial portfolio. This role will be based in Florida and will manage the current 11 properties across greater Central Florida. The position will have responsibility for property operations, tenant relations, lease administration, vendor coordination, capital improvement execution, and overall asset support. The role is focused on preserving and enhancing long‑term asset performance across the portfolio.
This person will play an important leadership role as our portfolio continues to expand and will help build and refine property management processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across a growing portfolio of industrial assets.
Manage tenant relationships and respond to operational issues in a timely, professional manner.
Ensure lease compliance, rent collection coordination, maintenance follow-up, and general property performance.
Coordinate vendors, contractors, inspections, and site visits.
Assist with planning and execution of repairs, maintenance projects, and capital improvements.
Maintain accurate property records, reporting, and documentation.
Work closely with asset management, acquisitions, and leadership teams to support portfolio growth and asset performance.
Help establish scalable property management systems and support future team development, including effective use of platforms such as Rent Manager and Monday CRM.
Travel to properties across the portfolio as needed to support operations, inspections, projects, and tenant needs.
Qualifications
3+ years of commercial or industrial property management experience.
Industrial asset experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with Rent Manager property management system is strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of Monday CRM a plus.
Strong understanding of property operations, tenant communication, and vendor management.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and problem‑solving ability.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Florida‑based experience in commercial real estate or industrial property operations is strongly preferred.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly to portfolio properties required.
