We’re looking for a creative and curious Marketing Intern who wants hands‑on experience across multiple areas of marketing—from event planning and content creation to SEO and emerging AI-driven marketing strategies.

As a Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with our marketing and growth teams to support campaigns, improve our digital presence, and help tell the Bill360 story. This is an on‑site opportunity in our Tampa, FL office. This role is designed for someone interested in exploring different areas of marketing such as SEO, AI SEO, Copywriting, Generalist and Event Planning, while gaining practical experience in a fast‑growing fintech company.

Who are we? An Introduction Bill360 is a fast-growing SaaS platform transforming how businesses manage billing, payments, and accounts receivable. We help companies get paid faster by integrating invoices, payments, and automation into one seamless workflow.

What You’ll Do

Assist with planning and coordinating marketing events, conferences, and company initiatives.

Help create marketing content including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and website copy.

Support SEO and AI-driven search strategies, including keyword research and content optimization.

Research new AI marketing tools and emerging SEO trends to help improve discoverability.

Analyze campaign performance and help develop reports and insights.

Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams on marketing initiatives.

Contribute fresh ideas to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field

Strong writing and communication skills

Interest in SEO, AI marketing tools, and digital marketing strategy

Organized and comfortable managing multiple projects

Creative thinker with attention to detail

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, CMS platforms, or marketing automation tools is a plus
