Los Angeles HQ (supporting all Cult Gaia retail locations) POSITION OVERVIEW: The Retail Visual Merchandiser is responsible for executing and maintaining Cult Gaia’s visual merchandising standards across all retail stores. Based out of the West Hollywood HQ, this role partners closely with Retail Operations and maintains daily communication with Store Managers to ensure brand consistency, elevated presentation, and optimized in-store performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee and execute visual merchandising strategies across all Cult Gaia retail locations. Maintain daily communication with all Store Managers to ensure alignment on merchandising standards, product placement, and store needs. Lead and coordinate weekly store reviews, including photo recaps and actionable feedback for each location. Partner with Retail Operations to ensure visual direction aligns with sales performance and business goals. Collaborate with the Creative Director and Marketing team to implement seasonal concepts, window displays, and in-store storytelling. Travel to retail locations as needed to support installations, merchandising updates, and store openings. Ensure all stores uphold luxury brand standards and consistency in presentation. Train Store Managers and retail teams on visual merchandising guidelines and best practices. Monitor inventory levels and product flow to support effective merchandising and stock presentation. Assist with sourcing props, materials, and local vendors for store installations. Support store maintenance and visual upkeep in partnership with operations and facilities teams. Execute early morning merchandising updates and occasional after-hours installations as needed. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 5 + years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in luxury retail. Experience managing or supporting

multiple store locations

is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of retail KPIs and how merchandising impacts sales performance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); Adobe/Photoshop is a plus. Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES: Strong eye for design with a deep understanding of luxury aesthetics. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships remotely. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
