
Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our customers and help keep operations running smoothly! As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers – answering questions, resolving issues, and providing knowledgeable, friendly service that reflects our commitment to excellence. In this role, you’ll also assist with product handling, equipment delivery, and perform light maintenance on loaned equipment. Your ability to communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and contribute to our team-oriented environment will be key to maintaining the high standards we deliver every day.
Responsibilities
Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, or obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Order tests that could determine the causes of product malfunctions.
Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
Follow appropriate safety procedures for transporting and delivering dangerous goods.
Secure cargo for transport, using ropes, blocks, chains, binders, or covers.
Check all load-related documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered goods and collect payment for services when required.
Strong knowledge of inventory and equipment.
Ability to assist Plant Manager with inventory control and management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Some combination of education and/or related experience in the field is preferred. One to two years of relevant training or on-the-job experience is a plus.
A valid Class C driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
Schedule
Monday through Friday 7 AM‑4 PM Shift
Travel to various sites and/or customer locations as needed.

$22/hour
