The Position: To support the rapid operational growth of Sungrow USA’s Strategy and Marketing functions, we propose are hiring a contractor to provide operational, administrative, and coordination support across several internal functions. The Strategy team is currently managing a significant increase in activities including corporate communications, vendor coordination, marketing initiatives, compliance documentation, internal reporting, and executive-level event planning. These operational demands require dedicated support to ensure efficiency, data accuracy, and consistent execution. This role will function as an operations and administrative backbone for the Strategy department, enabling senior team members to focus on strategic initiatives while ensuring daily operational processes run smoothly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operations & Administration
Provide administrative and operational support to the Strategy & Marketing team
Maintain organized documentation and internal process tracking
Support coordination between internal departments including sales, finance, and service teams
Data Management & Reporting
CRM data entry and maintenance
Maintain internal databases and reporting tools
Manage data updates within Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems
Ensure data accuracy across marketing and strategy reporting platforms
Event & Program Coordination
Assist with coordination of internal and external corporate events
Support logistics for marketing activations, conferences, and executive engagements
Manage vendor communications related to event production and execution
Vendor & Studio Management
Coordinate with external vendors including marketing agencies, event suppliers, and contractors
Manage scheduling and logistics for internal content production and studio activities
Track deliverables and vendor timelines
Training & Team Support
Provide operational onboarding and workflow training support for Angeline Gultom and other team members as needed
Assist in maintaining internal process documentation and training materials
Contract & Documentation Processing
Manage DocuSign workflows and document routing
Assist with contract review coordination and processingMaintain contract documentation and internal approval tracking
Financial & Procurement Support
Assist with purchase order processing
Track and manage invoice submission and processing
Coordinate with finance to ensure timely documentation and approvals
