Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
Navigate Windows‑based and web‑based systems to track routes, optimize schedules, and recommend alternative routes as needed.
Use listening skills and probing questions to identify customers’ concerns, evaluate needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
Monitor, update, and maintain an accurate customer database, including call details, dispositions, payments, and other results.
Reschedule unserved accounts within 24 hours and participate in quality‑assurance processes and initiatives.
Safeguard customers’ privacy and proprietary information.
Qualifications
Love helping people and creating positive customer experiences.
Strong communicator who enjoys solving problems.
Previous customer service or administrative experience (preferred).
Organized, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure.
Confident using computers, scheduling systems, and multitasking throughout the day.
Team‑oriented and takes pride in providing exceptional support.
