Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
Facilitate family conferences and support groups to promote communication and empowerment
Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care and service
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of New Jersey

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
