Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Provide information about Allstate products and services clearly and accurately.
Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and claims inquiries.
Document customer interactions and resolutions in our system.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Contribute to a positive and supportive office environment.
Requirements
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
Previous Allstate Customer Service Experience Is Essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
Comfortable using standard office software and communication tools.
High school diploma or equivalent.
