Property Manager

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Leadership:

Oversee all aspects of

HUD Section 8 compliance , including certifications, recertifications, and maintaining the waitlist in accordance with Fair Housing laws.

Financial Oversight:

Manage the property budget, collect rents, handle accounts payable/receivable, and ensure the financial health of the community.

Resident Relations:

Work closely with our senior residents, addressing concerns with empathy and resolving conflicts professionally.

Operations & Maintenance:

Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure the property is clean, safe, and that work orders are completed promptly.

Inspections:

Lead the team through REAC/NSPIRE, MOR, and local agency inspections with a high standard of excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

At least 3+ years in property management (specifically

Section 8/HUD

experience is highly preferred).

Technical Savvy:

Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, OneSite, AppFolio, etc.) and Google Suite.

Local Heart:

A commitment to being a positive presence in the Fairmont, WV community.

Job Requirements

Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Must have or be willing to obtain PA Real Estate License within one year of employment

Capable of passing criminal background check and drug screen
