We believe water is more than a resource, it's a shared responsibility. As part of our Water Business Group, you'll help shape how communities manage water for generations to come. From delivering safe drinking water and treating wastewater responsibly to developing sustainable water supplies and protecting lives and property through flood control, your work will directly support public health, environmental sustainability, and infrastructure resilience. We bring together experts across disciplines to solve complex challenges with bold thinking and technical excellence. In the role of Part‑time Marketing Intern, we’ll count on you to:

Assist with maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, cataloging marketing assets, and other data driven tasks

Conduct research and produce documents and reports

Edit, customize, and/or write project descriptions and staff resumes

Support the development and coordination of text, graphics, and editing page layouts

Shadow and assist marketing staff with the preparation of materials, including statements of qualifications, proposals, presentations, brochures, award submittals, and announcements

Follow the company's brand strategy

Support other administrative duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA studies related to Marketing, Communications, History, and English

Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry

Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Required Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program

Attention to detail a must

Must possess strong problem‑solving and communication skills

Basic Microsoft Office skills

An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee‑owned culture is a must
