Job Description
The Marketing and Events Intern will support marketing strategy and event execution for Life Time’s summer athletic events, helping elevate experiences that inspire healthier, more connected communities. This role includes creating engaging promotional content, developing social media assets, and assisting with event‑specific campaigns that reflect Life Time’s commitment to improving the well‑being of people and the places they live. The intern will also play a high‑energy, hands‑on role onsite—welcoming participants, supporting interactive elements, and ensuring smooth event flow. They’ll staff event‑day booths, enthusiastically engaging athletes and spectators, answering questions, and representing the Life Time brand with warmth, clarity, and professionalism. We strongly prefer candidates who are genuinely excited about endurance and community-focused athletic events, as that passion directly enhances participant engagement. Ideal candidates are energetic, creative, organized, and eager to gain experience in content creation, sports marketing, community engagement, and live event execution.
Life Time seeks a motivated student or recent graduate to assist in the participation of the organization’s day‑to‑day operations. They will work in a collaborative environment to improve experiences for Life Time members, prospective members and team members. This internship is an opportunity for a student to take ownership of designated projects for an abbreviated period of time to help extend and apply their knowledge to meet business goals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Conducts a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned
Works cross‑functionally with teams to execute strategies to meet business needs
Helps improve administration procedures
Observes multiple office positions and trains in a variety of tasks
Attends company meetings and functions as needed
Assists in other miscellaneous tasks as needed
Position Requirements
Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program
Currently maintaining a GPA of 2.0 or higher
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Pay This is an hourly position with wages starting at $14.25 and pays up to $17.00, based on experience and qualifications.
