PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Completes shipments by processing and loading orders Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area Enforces Inventory Control by performing Cycle Counts as needed Provides quality service by following organization standards Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Completes reports by entering required information Utilize safe work habits Perform other work-related tasks as assigned Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures
Education & Experience Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment is preferred Computer proficiency required - data entry skills Inventory control & equipment maintenance Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions Positive attitude, Decision making, interpersonal skills, conflict management and coaching skills Factory environment with a large range in temperature changes Standing, Walking, Bending/Stooping, Push/Pull, and Repetitive Movement up to 12 hours daily Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. regularly
