Key Responsibilities
Manage the parts sales process from start to finish
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
Provide accurate updates on parts availability and order status
Interpret and navigate parts catalogs to identify and source components
Answer calls, provide pricing, and assist with customer inquiries
Review body shop estimates to ensure accuracy in parts and pricing
Deliver exceptional service to both internal teams and external customers
Pull and fulfill parts orders while maintaining accurate inventory
Perform routine stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy
Notify management of shortages or urgent inventory needs
Source out‑of‑stock parts and place emergency orders when necessary
Ensure all internal parts requests are properly billed
Process payments and obtain credit authorizations when required
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous auto parts sales experience (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Ability to read and interpret safety and technical documents
Basic math skills, including calculations involving percentages, discounts, and measurements
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment
