Overview Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization, is seeking a Director, Women’s Campaign to lead strategic fundraising initiatives and drive donor engagement across the region. This role will focus on building and managing relationships with a portfolio of donors while developing and executing both short- and long-term fundraising strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of donors
Develop and execute strategic fundraising plans to meet and exceed giving goals
Lead donor engagement and stewardship initiatives across the region
Cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors, with a focus on growing the Women’s Campaign
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and community partners
Track donor activity, manage pipelines, and ensure accurate reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
5–7 years of nonprofit fundraising or development experience, preferably within a mission-driven organization
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising goals
Strong relationship management and donor stewardship skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities
