What You’ll Do As a senior tax consultant, you’ll operate with autonomy and authority, owning critical deliverables while guiding the broader team.
Lead and execute
complex partnership tax and K‑1 preparation and review
for U.S. and international entities
Provide
senior‑level technical oversight and mentorship , elevating quality, accuracy, and efficiency
Leverage
advanced Excel modeling
to support tax compliance, analysis, and data integrity
Ensure seamless continuity and workflow leadership during a
planned parental leave for the Tax Manager
Act as a strategic partner to leadership during the firm’s most time‑sensitive tax period
What We’re Looking For
6+ years of progressive tax experience , with deep specialization in
partnership taxation and K‑1s
Proven ability to operate
independently at a senior consultant or manager level
Advanced Excel skills
for tax analysis, modeling, and reporting
Strong judgment, attention to detail, and comfort working in fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments
Location & Schedule
Boston, MA
Hybrid: 4 days in office downtown
