Job Description WinnCompanies is seeking an innovative and creative

Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

to join our team at our corporate headquarters in

Boston, MA . In this collaborative role, you will focus on building strong partnerships across the organization and play a key role in supporting and guiding the Employee Relations team on a daily basis. Working alongside the corporate Human Resource group, you will contribute to talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, benefits, and HR initiatives, with a primary emphasis on fostering a positive workplace and resolving employee relations matters.

This position offers the best of both worlds: a collaborative office environment Mondays through Thursdays and the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

The salary range for this role is $120,000.00-$140,000.00 per year dependent on experience plus an annual bonus up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Work with managers and employees, review, research, and investigate employee relations matters from basic policy interpretation to complicated investigations, advising and coaching managers and employees through the process.

Review/creates disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans, termination review/sign-off, mentoring and coaching in management practices and communication skills.

Provide direction, guidance, and supervision to the Employee Relations team on all employment/HR matters.

Act as first point of escalation for the field on all employee relation issues.

Partner with corporate and regional leadership staff in advancing business initiatives through leadership/regional discussions and meetings, special projects, support to regional staff.

Share management responsibility for the performance evaluation process, drug and background screening adjudication process, unemployment claims, and helpdesk tickets.

Partner with Talent Acquisition on regional open positions providing progression and support through the recruiting process.

Create, manage, and coordinate group presentations and trainings for regional events or companywide initiatives.

Facilitate trainings as needed for corporate HR and Learning and Development.

Ensure management and operating practices are in compliance with all employment related federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements.

Champion employee engagement activities and provide support to engagement committees.

Provide guidance and coaching for managers as needed to increase engagement Manage the employee engagement survey process.

Support Senior Leadership with guidance and tools.

Collaborate with benefits staff in management of some leaves of absence and reasonable accommodations.

Management and guidance of two employees on the team.

Requirements

5-8 years of experience in Human Resources.

1-3 years minimum in a Supervisory/Management role within Human Resources.

HRIS system experience.

Experience with Professional Development Plans.

Employee Engagement experience.

Comfortable leading trainings and meetings for large groups.

Experience managing complex employee relations issues.

Solid understanding of Federal and multiple State employment laws.

Prior experience working with multi-site / state companies.

Excellent interpersonal, leadership and coaching skills.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.

Experience with all disciplines within Human Resources.

Experience with computer systems required, including web-based applications and Microsoft Office.

Ability to summarize and communicate moderately complex information in varied written formats to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

SHRM certification.
