Define and maintain the DACH marketing strategy aligned with global priorities.
Plan and execute German-language content and integrated campaigns.
Lead the strategy for events in Europe, including webinars and trade shows.
Manage external agencies and vendors ensuring quality and consistency.
Measure marketing impact and continuously optimize strategies based on performance.
Requirements
Native‑level German speaker; fully bilingual in English.
7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a focus on regional programs.
3+ years managing marketing programs and external agencies.
Experience in leading integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
Proficiency with HubSpot for campaign management and reporting.
Strong collaboration skills with sales and global teams.
