Overview
The Senior Payroll Administrator is responsible for accurate and timely administration of multi-state US and Canada payroll. This role serves as a subject matter expert, exercises independent judgment in interpreting payroll regulations, establishes procedures and supports the Payroll Team Lead with complex compliance, audit and system related initiatives. Provide software support for Tyler clients in the use, functionality, and understanding of our products. The Software Support Representative ensures the timely resolution of easy-to-moderate client software issues through data analysis and functionality troubleshooting using multiple development tools, best practice communication, team-coordinated testing, and other available tools for resolving issues. Responsibilities (selected)
Support design, administration, and analysis of Tyler’s compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, equity, sales compensation, and executive compensation. Drive adoption and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE; design and implement solutions to improve internal engagement with clients and operations. Lead or participate in implementation projects, including document automation, ERP/Financial systems integration, and cloud-based deployments. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance across multiple Tyler product lines, including SaaS, legal, and government solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant software and services. Qualifications (selected)
Experience in payroll administration across multiple states and Canada, with deep knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to troubleshoot complex software issues. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and software development lifecycle concepts is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.
