Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Personal Banker based in Louisville, KY. The Personal Banker will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing personalized financial solutions, assisting with account management, and promoting various banking products and services. Additional tasks include opening new accounts, and delivering excellent customer service to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Personal Banking, including assisting clients with daily banking needs and financial solutions.
Experience in Opening New Accounts effectively and efficiently.
Understanding of Finance principles to provide clients with tailored banking recommendations.
Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Familiarity with banking regulations, systems, and processes is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
