Start with an hourly rate ranging from $13.73 to $16.15! Position Overview Join a vibrant career path with enormous growth prospects! As a vital part of our team, you will manage rental accounts, provide exceptional customer service, introduce new products, monitor account performance, oversee deliveries and pickups, and engage in early-stage collections. Your contributions will be crucial in boosting sales growth and nurturing meaningful customer relationships while upholding our core values. Key Responsibilities: Oversee a portfolio of accounts while cultivating lasting relationships with customers. Manage early-stage collections (1-6 days past due) and achieve daily and weekly collection objectives. Leverage account management tools to maintain account health and secure payment commitments. Coordinate delivery routes and pickups, following up as necessary on accounts. Deliver outstanding customer service in-store, via phone, and during home visits. Drive sales growth by facilitating new rental agreements. Safely transport, install, and manage merchandise. Uphold showroom standards and ensure company vehicles are well-maintained. Consistently follow safety and operational protocols. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise. Capacity to drive a box truck. Willingness to stand and drive for extended periods. Schedule & Work Environment: This is a full-time position requiring availability from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays and one weekday off.
