SkyWater Search has partnered with a mission‑driven, Twin Cities–based not‑for‑profit organization to find and hire their next Senior User Experience (UX) Specialist. This role plays a key part in shaping how individuals interact with digital systems used to earn and maintain professional credentials in the healthcare space.
We are targeting a UX professional with deep experience translating complex processes into simple, user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in UX design, content strategy, and usability testing, with experience working closely with IT and business stakeholders in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment. Experience in regulated, healthcare, credentialing, or non‑profit settings is highly preferred.
