What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design and develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Perform exploratory analysis and data validation on large healthcare datasets using SQL and programming languages like Python and R
Lead partnerships with operations, revenue, and clinical stakeholders to define strategic objectives and drive data-informed decision-making
Develop enterprise-wide performance metrics (KPIs) and executive-level dashboards to influence strategic decisions
Implement data governance initiatives to ensure consistency and clarity in data usage across the organization
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience (or Master’s degree with 5+ years) in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy
5+ years of experience in developing dashboards and data visualizations in BI tools, with proficiency in Power BI
5+ years of experience using SQL on large healthcare datasets for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
2+ years of experience designing executive-level analytics and reporting solutions
Proven ability to engage stakeholders and align analytics solutions with business priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Business Analytics, Health Informatics, Statistics, or a related field
Extensive experience in enterprise dashboard development, specifically with Power BI
Experience implementing data governance frameworks in a healthcare organization
Familiarity with automation, statistical modeling, or predictive analytics using Python or R
