Associate, Infrastructure Private Credit

We are partnering with a global alternative investment platform who is looking for a Senior Analyst as well as a first-year Associate to join its Private Credit team focused on infrastructure and real assets. The team invests across the capital structure, spanning senior debt, subordinated debt, and structured equity, to finance essential projects driving the global energy transition, digital connectivity, and sustainable growth. About the Role:

Build, refine, and maintain detailed financial models for infrastructure investments across the capital stack Support the underwriting and structuring of private credit and hybrid capital opportunities Conduct market research, due diligence, and credit analysis on counterparties, assets, and sectors Assist in the preparation of investment materials and participate in internal approval processes Required Experience:

2-4 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure investing, leveraged finance, or debt advisory Strong understanding of financial modeling, credit analysis, and debt structuring A proactive, curious mindset and strong attention to detail Experience within energy or infrastructure sectors, including renewables and power, preferred Must be based in New York or willing to relocate Please reach out to Ambre Schneider to learn more at: ambre@infrassocs.com
