We are currently partnered with a rapidly growing hedge fund that is in the midst of a greenfield build of their execution function. They are looking for someone who has a strong background in execution research within the equities space. They are running a fully systematic stat arb strategy, so are looking for someone has a strong background in optimization and market microstructure. For the right person they would be willing to have this seat be more alpha capture focused with an element being 30% execution.
