Responsibilities Under supervision, this position will be responsible for providing timely and accurate service to customers (primarily active employees) by assisting with processing HR documents, i.e. benefit, salary, and status changes. Also, providing information on a wide range of human resources programs and services via phone, chat, AskHR cases and by the expeditious referral of more complex issues and sensitive inquiries to the appropriate area for resolution including, but not limited to, benefits, leaves of absence, payroll, HR policy, training, work life programs, etc. Incumbent will be required to attend a mandatory 4-6 week training program. This position is hybrid/flex and requires in-office attendance three days per week, working from home two days. Relocation is NOT offered, sponsorship will NOT be extended.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or GED.
9 months customer service or administrative support experience in a corporate environment.
6 months experience utilizing Office software packages, i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. along with toggling between multiple screens.
10-key calculator experience and an aptitude for math.
Strong service orientation with the desire to assist the customer.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
High degree of confidentially.
Must be organized and detailed oriented.
Team player in a high paced team environment.
Ability to handle high stress and high volume situations where time is of the essence.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
Advanced experience using WorkDay.
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
Compensation Compensation: $17.75 - $28.39
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
