Experienced in residential electrical work and comfortable jumping into light commercial when needed. Based within a 35-minute commute of our Boca Raton office (local talent only). Confident with NEC and local code compliance. Skilled at rough‑in: boxing, MC cable runs, EMT bends, relocating light boxes, installing recessed cans, and setting switchgear. Hands‑on with 3‑phase and various voltage systems. Able to read blueprints, drawings, and wiring diagrams without hesitation. Capable of bending/running conduit and assembling accurate material lists. Driven, customer‑focused, and an excellent communicator. Holds a clean driver’s license and is drug free. What you’ll do
Inspect electrical components and scope work requirements on site. Diagnose field issues and determine effective solutions. Conduct voltage and load testing to ensure code‑compliant installations. Install and connect conductors to breakers, transformers, outlets, and other components. Troubleshoot systems, make repairs/replacements, and validate safe operation. Finish work orders on schedule and complete end‑of‑day paperwork. Mentor apprentices or journeymen; uphold Rack Electric standards. Participate in scheduled company meetings. Travel to jobs in a company vehicle; perform work in residential and commercial settings. Why Rack Electric
