Structured Finance Manager & Capital Markets Manager,
for a historic IPP based out of MD to lead financing across a portfolio of energy projects (solar & storage). Responsibilities
Execute project financings (debt, tax equity, hybrids) end-to-end Support & lead in Capital Raising activities Build and manage financial models Lead lender/investor relationships Support structuring and negotiation of financing documents Requirements
4–8+ years in project/structured finance Energy or infrastructure experience preferred Strong financial modeling and deal execution track record
