We are seeking a motivated and disciplined Inside Sales Agent & Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role focuses heavily on cold calling, circle prospecting, and lead engagement, with the goal of converting conversations into listing opportunities and real transactions. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, consistent with outreach, highly organized, and motivated by performance-based results. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role for someone who wants to build a long-term career in real estate while working directly with experienced agents and active transactions. Key Responsibilities

Generate and nurture new business through cold calling, circle prospecting, and consistent outreach. Engage property owners, buyers, and potential sellers through structured lead generation. Convert qualified conversations into listing appointments and client relationships. Follow up with prospects and maintain communication through CRM systems. Utilize platforms such as StreetEasy, Zillow, and other listing tools to track inventory and opportunities. Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and inventory across Brooklyn and Manhattan. Participate in team training, role-playing sessions, and sales coaching. Assist with listing presentations, client follow-up, and transaction coordination when applicable. A Day in the Role May Include

Prospecting and calling property owners in targeted neighborhoods. Researching ownership records, listings, and market data. Engaging potential sellers and buyers through outreach. Scheduling listing appointments and client consultations. Assisting with listing presentations and marketing strategies. Negotiating offers and guiding clients through the transaction process. Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in the New York City real estate market preferred. Strong comfort level with cold calling and outbound prospecting. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline. Familiarity with real estate CRM systems, listing platforms, and market research tools. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic. Coachable, resilient, and motivated by results. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan. Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor role with uncapped earning potential. Income is directly tied to effort, consistency, and performance.
