Job Title: Mechanical Designer
Location: Sandy, UT (100% Onsite Position)
Duration: Contract-to-direct hire, long-term
Pay range: $30-$50/hr DOE
Job Description Mechanical design for 3D modeling of industrial facility layout. Modeling in AutoCAD for designing facilities for pumps, conveyors, crushers, etc.
Minimum Requirements (Skills & General Knowledge)
3-15 years of experience in Mechanical Design for Industrial projects
AutoCAD 2018+
Inventor 2018+ (preferred) or Solidworks 2018+
Experience working on Multiple Material Handling Design Projects i.e., Conveyors, Hoppers, Chutes, or Crushers
3D Modeling
Working knowledge of PFD and/or P&ID drawings
Bonus Skills
3D modeling using Point Clouds
CADWorxPlant Pro 2017+ (3D pipe design)
HVAC design
Hydraulic Systems Design
Structural Steel Design i.e., Platforms, Stairs, Ladders, Buildings, Pipe Racks
Autodesk Recap 2018+
LeicaCyclone 2018+
Autodesk Vault Client Pro 2018+
Navisworks2018+
Industry Project Experience (Must have experience in at least 1 of the following)
Mining
Process Plants in general
Cement Plants
