What This Role Looks Like As a Compass Advisor, you operate as a local resource and relationship builder within your community.
Your focus is simple:
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare and senior service partners
Work directly with families navigating senior living and care decisions
Guide them toward the right solution based on their needs
Stay involved through the process to ensure a strong outcome
Behind the scenes, Compass provides the infrastructure that supports everything around the work.
What Makes This Different Most professionals in this space are either:
Working within a single organization with limited flexibility.
Or trying to build something on their own without support
This role sits in the middle.
This creates a structure where experienced professionals can operate with independence while still being part of a larger, established platform.
