Responsibilities
As a Buyer’s Agent on our team, you will:
Meet with buyers and show homes Guide clients through writing and submitting offers Follow our proven sales process Maintain communication with clients throughout the transaction Manage your pipeline and CRM follow-up Participate in team training and role-play sessions
Performance Expectations
Attend 5+ buyer appointments or showings per week Secure 5 Buyer Broker Agreements per month Maintain 50% escrow conversion

Qualifications
You may be a strong fit if you are:
A motivated and competitive sales professional Strong at building rapport with clients Organized and able to manage your time independently Coachable and open to feedback Interested in building a long-term career in real estate
Preferred
Licensed real estate professional 1–2 years of real estate or sales experience Track record of 5+ homes sold annually (preferred but not required)
