The Opportunity We are looking for a Sr. Director, HR Business Partner, to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to the SVP, Chief Technology Officer, Creative Product Group and leadership team. This role will shape people strategies aligned to business objectives, including a focus on developing leaders and teams, driving organizational effectiveness, engaging our employees, fostering an inclusive culture, and prioritizing the highest impact solutions to help us on our mission to change the world through digital experiences.

What You’ll Do

Strategically partner with the SVP, Chief Technology Officer, Creative Product Group and other senior leaders in the organization

Proactively identify and address critical organizational and people issues and remove barriers impeding the success of the business

Implement optimal organization design to enable the leadership team and the organization to scale, drive agility, and accelerate product innovation

Build future bench and upscale capabilities through development of top talent and strategic hires

Lead Employee Experience for the teams you support - you are the "Chief People Officer" for your business

Lead a team of HR Business Partners

Partner effectively across Centers of Excellence in Employee Experience to drive business outcomes

What You Need To Succeed

12+ years of HR Business Partnering in technology space at scale, or relevant leadership experience

Experience leading an HR Business Partner Team

Ability to foster relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization

Proactive strategic partnership, operational rigor, and speed of execution

Strong leadership and influencing skills to challenge constructively

Ability to navigate ambiguity and remain agile in an ever-changing environment

Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency

A burning passion to want to accomplish what most people might call "unreasonable expectations"

Compensation Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $150,200 – $381,250 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $245,200 – $381,250.

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
