We scan marketplaces, websites, ads, and domains to detect brand abuse and shut it down. The work produces wild stories — fake websites, shady sellers, ridiculous scams, and real enforcement wins. Which makes it a content goldmine. About the Role: We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes short-form video. You probably: • have posted 100+ TikToks or Reels • scroll the FYP for fun • understand why a video hits • constantly think “that would make a good video” Your job is simple: Make great content for Bustem. Minimum 1 video per day. The winners become ads. Main Job Responsibilities: Create short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Own the full stack: • filming (fast, clean, high volume) • testing formats and iterating No committees. No slow approval processes. Just make content and ship. Ideal Candidate: • obsessed with filming and creating • fast and independent • comfortable experimenting and testing ideas • deeply familiar with creator culture and social trends Bonus if you’ve built your own creator account or following.
