One of our venture-backed (Series A) partner companies — a fast-growing marketplace in the small business acquisition space — is looking for a hungry inside sales rep to join their Chicago team.
The Role
Full-cycle, outbound-heavy inside sales. You'll be working with small business owners who are exploring selling their companies — from first cold call through listing. High-volume activity, structured discovery, financial analysis, real conversations, and a short ramp to meaningful impact. What They're Looking For
1–3 years in sales (inside sales, startup, or high-call-volume environments) — or a sharp new grad Comfortable making hundreds of outbound calls per week Resilient, competitive, and genuinely curious about business Former athletes are encouraged to apply Why It's a Good Opportunity
$55K base | $105K OTE (uncapped) + equity package Be part of a small, high-performance team at a growing company
