What We’re Looking For
Proven Automotive Sales Experience
required (Cadillac or luxury brand experience is a strong plus)
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain a high level of follow‑up
Excellent communication skills — in person, over the phone, and via email/text
Strong product knowledge and willingness to stay current with evolving technologies
Ability to accurately assess customer needs and present appropriate vehicle solutions
Computer proficiency and comfort navigating CRM systems
High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction
Team‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
What You’ll Do
Provide a premium purchase experience to every guest, from greeting to delivery
Guide customers through the sales process with expertise, transparency, and care
Present vehicles, demonstrate features, and assist customers with selecting the best options
Maintain consistent follow‑up with leads and past clients to build long‑term relationships
Stay informed on inventory, incentives, product updates, and Cadillac brand standards
Collaborate with management and team members to meet dealership goals
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all paperwork and processes
