Syndicated Lending Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Syndicated Lending Specialist to join our Commercial Banking Fulfillment team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new credit facilities, processing loan bookings, setting up deal structures, and executing funding events using the Loan IQ system. Top Requirements: 5+ years of experience in syndicated lending, business execution, or strategic planning Demonstrated expertise using Loan IQ to onboard new credit facilities, process loan bookings, set up deal structures, and execute funding events Strong working knowledge of syndicated loan documentation, including the ability to read and interpret credit agreements, term sheets, amendments, and fee letters Solid understanding of a wide range of syndicated lending products, including revolvers, term loans, delayed draw term loans, swinglines, letters of credit, and multi-currency structures Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with client personnel, business partners, and stakeholders Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Onboard new credit facilities in Loan IQ, including setting up deal structures, processing loan bookings, and executing funding events Interpret and apply syndicated loan documentation such as credit agreements, term sheets, amendments, and fee letters Demonstrate a deep understanding of syndicated lending products, including revolvers, term loans, delayed draw term loans, swinglines, letters of credit, and multi-currency structures Consult on complex business execution initiatives related to syndicated lending, providing expertise and recommendations Review and analyze multi-faceted, large-scale syndicated lending challenges that require in-depth evaluation Contribute to the resolution of complex situations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Collaborate strategically with client personnel, including business partners and stakeholders Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
