Paid social is one of the most important levers for reaching and engaging this audience—and this role will own and scale that channel end-to-end.

We’re looking for a

Paid Social Marketing Manager

to lead campaign execution, creative testing, and audience strategy across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and beyond. You’ll play a key role in driving qualified traffic, improving performance, and helping scale a high-impact digital business.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, and wants to see the direct impact of their work.

Responsibilities

Own and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, X, and emerging platforms

Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns focused on driving qualified traffic and engagement

Partner with creative and content teams to develop high‑performing ad creative

Build and execute structured creative testing frameworks to drive continuous improvement

Develop audience targeting strategies across multiple segments and use cases

Monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and scale what’s workingReport on campaign performance, insights, and learnings to key stakeholders

Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, analytics, and marketing teams

Support influencer and creator partnerships tied to paid social efforts

How success is measured

Campaigns consistently meet or exceed performance and ROI targets

Creative testing drives measurable improvements in efficiency and scale

Clear insights and reporting inform broader marketing strategy

Stakeholders feel confident in channel performance and direction

Requirements

5+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns in high‑growth environments

Proven ability to scale campaigns and hit performance targets across major social platforms

Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.)

Experience owning or influencing creative strategy for paid social

Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations

Preferred

Experience in regulated or sensitive industries (e.g., healthcare, financial services, etc.)

Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Heap, Looker, or similar

Experience working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments

Exposure to influencer or creator‑led campaign strategies
