
Manager of Dealer Sales - Interior LED Displays

Watchfire Signs is seeking a highly motivated Manager of Dealer Sales - Interior LED Displays to drive revenue growth through our nationwide network of on-premise sign dealers. This role focuses on educating, supporting, and enabling dealer partners to sell Watchfire interior LED display solutions into the education, retail, corporate, and commercial markets.
The ideal candidate brings strong B2B sales experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for helping independent sign dealers succeed. This person will serve as the primary resource for interior LED display product expertise, dealer training, pipeline development, and joint sales activity.
Dealer Channel Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with Watchfire’s on-premise sign dealers and territory managers, serving as their primary point of contact for interior LED display products.
Conduct regular visits with dealers and territory managers to drive engagement, increase product knowledge, and grow category adoption.
Train dealer sales teams and territory managers on interior LED display features, benefits, competitive positioning, and sales strategies.
Support dealers and territory managers in developing local market opportunities and identifying new verticals for interior display applications.
Sales Execution
Generate demand by jointly pursuing qualified leads with dealers, including face-to-face meetings with end-user decision makers (schools, businesses, athletic facilities, retail environments, houses of worship, etc.). Conduct compelling product presentations and live demonstrations, both in-person and virtual.
Evaluate customer facilities and recommend proper display configurations and software solutions.
Assist dealers in preparing proposals and navigating the complete sales cycle.
Market & Product Expertise
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of display technologies, indoor digital trends, pricing dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
Provide internal teams with detailed project requirements to support accurate quoting and timely responses.
Represent Watchfire at dealer-focused trade events, regional trainings, and industry shows.
Sales Tools & Reporting
Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to document activity, manage pipeline, and support forecasting.
Follow up on marketing-generated leads and ensure timely communication between Watchfire and participating dealers.
Education/Qualifications
5+ years of successful B2B sales experience; channel sales or dealer/distributor sales strongly preferred.
2+ years of experience in LED displays, digital signage, AV, or related technical product categories.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to varied audiences.
History of prospecting, territory management, and new account development.
Ability to travel as needed for dealer visits, presentations, and shows.
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to rent vehicles.
Physical ability to conduct product demonstrations and perform moderate lifting.
