Job Details Reports To: Call Center Manager Direct Reports: No Status: Full-Time Hourly Division: Store Operations

Job Purpose The Inside Sales Representative will handle high volume incoming sales and customer inquiries, make outbound sales calls and will maintain our high standards of customer service.

Key Job Responsibilities

Answer high volume of incoming calls

Conduct outbound phone calls within established sales protocol

Effectively identify sales opportunities

Actively listen to customer’s requests and concerns

Create orders and quotes promptly and accurately

Answer all customer’s automotive parts and general inquiries

Gather and maintain customer profile information

Maintain clear records in CRM

Available Monday thru Saturday 7:30 am to 6:30 pm

Requirements

Knowledge of auto parts or the automotive industry

ASE Certified Parts Specialist a plus

Must have reliable transportation

Communicate professionally with all customers and teammates

Fluent in Spanish and English (bilingual)

Dress code: maintain a professional appearance at all work times

Environmental/Occupational Health and Physical Requirements Typical 9‑hour day to include reaching, standing, walking, kneeling, lifting and carrying. The employee must be capable of working in a fast‑paced environment. Heavy lifting of 50 lbs or more may be required. The employee also shares responsibility for routine housekeeping activities such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning and changing trash can liners.
