Job Overview
As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of your region. You’ll work side‑by‑side with our Sales Representatives to deliver an unmatched customer experience, grow market share, and shape the future of our business.
This position will be responsible for territories in MN, SD, IA, and MI. The ideal candidate will live in the Twin Cities metro area.
Responsibilities
Lead & Inspire – Coach, mentor, and support your sales team, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Own Relationships – Strengthen partnerships with our most strategic customers, ensuring they stay loyal, satisfied, and excited to grow with us.
Drive Growth – Develop innovative sales strategies and techniques to win new business and expand our footprint.
Stay Ahead – Keep your finger on the pulse of regional trends and competitive activity, recommending strategies that give us an edge.
Forecast & Execute – Leverage CRM tools, the 5‑4‑3‑2‑1 Sales Process, and Fleet data to deliver accurate forecasts and smart decisions.

Essential Qualifications
3+ years Sales Management experience or 5 years Industry‑related experience
2‑year degree in related field
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products.
Knowledge of how to develop client‑focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
Understanding of how to position products against competitors.
Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal, organizational and attention to detail
Proficient usage of MS Office Suite and the ability to learn modern technologies quickly.
Working knowledge of CRM & CDK
Desired Qualifications Public safety upfitting/technology experience
Compensation In accordance with Minnesota pay transparency requirements, this role offers a base salary range of $90,220.61 to $134,922.57 per year plus incentives, with final compensation determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.
ADA Requirements
Typically sits, grasps items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer
Communicate in person, by phone, email, and videoconferencing equipment
Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about regularly
Lift, move, or otherwise transfer items up to 40 lbs occasionally, >20 lbs frequently
Occasional exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards
Travel by air or car frequently
