At Airco Mechanical, your day starts with a well‑stocked, low‑mileage service vehicle and a clear route. You’ll arrive on‑site ready to diagnose commercial DX systems—rooftops, splits, heat pumps, packaged units, and VRF—then restore comfort for our customers with precision and care. You’ll document your work thoroughly, communicate updates clearly, and leave each site safer and more efficient than you found it.

What you’ll do
Diagnose, service, and repair commercial DX HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, packaged units, and ideally VRF equipment
Replace and commission compressors, motors, expansion valves, coils, and related components
Accurately record work performed, materials used, and time on task
Collaborate and communicate effectively with customers and Airco teammates
Follow safety protocols, building codes, and EPA regulations at all times
Care for tools, test instruments, and your work vehicle to keep them mission‑ready
What you’ll bring
High school diploma, GED, or trade school graduate
5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
EPA Universal certification
Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
Able to pass a background check
Compensation & schedule
Job type: Full‑time
Pay: $30.00 – $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40–50 per week
