Channel Development Manager - DACH

We are hiring a Channel Development Manager to establish and grow our channel partnerships in the DACH region (Germany, Austria & Switzerland). This role is critical to scaling our presence in one of Europe's largest cybersecurity markets.

This role focuses on selling our MDR (Managed Detection and Response) services to enterprise/mid and SMB (through Channel) customers in regulated industries, including finance, manufacturing, and public sector organizations. The ideal candidate combines strong channel expertise with an aptitude for closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard key channel partners (MSP's, VAR's, SI's) In the DACH region to expand market reach and generate partner-driven pipeline.

Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, including co-marketing activities and training programs.

Collaborate with partners on lead generation, qualification and co-selling efforts to close deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CISOs, CIOs, IT Security leaders) to understand their business needs and position our MDR solutions effectively.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and customer success, to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide regular updates on channel performance, pipeline development and sales forecast

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT services.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through direct/partner led in the DACH region

Strong understanding of MDR/XDR solutions, data sovereignty, and European compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, NIS2).

Fluent in German and English -both written and spoken.
