Job Description CNBC Events is looking for a highly experienced Senior Producer to lead the planning and execution of high-impact events – ranging from salon dinners to multi day conferences. This role balances creativity, strategic planning, and operational expertise to deliver professional, on-brand live, virtual, and hybrid experiences that support business objectives. You will oversee the full event lifecycle, manage complex logistics and budgets while partnering with key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure experiences that align with business goals and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the production from initial concept to execution of large scale, multi- dimensional events and brand experiences
Translate creative ideas and business objectives into compelling event experiences and activations
Ensure brand, messaging, and production standards are consistently upheld
Develop and manage event concepts, detailed production timelines, internal project plans and documentation
Oversee venue and vendor sourcing, negotiations, and contracts
Manage day-to-day planning process including venue and vendor coordination, F&B, AV, signage and branding, staffing, security, giveaways, activations, production partners, suppliers, etc
Lead on-site production teams and serve as primary decision-maker during live events
Anticipate risks and proactively troubleshoot issues before and during events
Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership, editorial, sales, marketing, and audience development teams
Develop, manage, and reconcile event budgets while delivering on stakeholder objectives
Manage multiple events simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget goals
Mentor and support junior team members
Remain current with trends in event planning, design, and production
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of industry contacts, vendors, and venues

Qualifications
12+ years of experience producing events (corporate, experiential, live entertainment, conferences, or brand activations), including 5+ years in a senior or lead role managing large-scale events
Proven track record managing complex, high-budget events
Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and attention to detail
Calm, decisive, and solutions-oriented in high-stakes environments
Strong leadership presence with effective communication and stakeholder-management skills
Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends as required
Preferred Skills
Experience with virtual and hybrid event platforms
Experience producing global or multi-city corporate events
Familiarity with event production software and project management tools
Strong creative instincts paired with operational discipline
Budget forecasting and financial reporting experience
