
Graphic Designer - Digital & Motion Designer

Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Graphic Designer to bring bold, imaginative digital creativity to our growing team. This role blends high-level visual design, UX/UI, and motion graphics with a solid foundation in print-supporting integrated campaigns, digital experiences, and scalable design systems across web, video, and print. As a Graphic Designer at Convergint, you are a part of a dynamic team that allows you to grow as Convergint grows.
What you’ll do
Lead and execute digital design initiatives, including UX/UI design for web, landing pages, and digital campaigns
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma as part of a collaborative design and review process
Design and produce high-quality visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and video platforms
Create motion graphics, video graphics, and explainer videos using Adobe After Effects
Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure brand consistency across digital and print materials
Execute iterative production design efficiently while maintaining high creative and quality standards
Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams throughout concept development, review, and execution
Participate in and potentially lead design critiques, providing constructive feedback and guidance to other designers
Prepare print-ready files and manage communication with print vendors to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
Balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
What you’ll need
Strong emphasis on digital design with demonstrated UX/UI experience
Expert proficiency with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects
Professional experience creating motion graphics and animated content using Adobe After Effects
Advanced working knowledge of Figma for UX/UI design, prototyping, collaboration, and design reviews
Solid understanding of the design-to-print process, including file preparation, color management, and vendor coordination
Strong foundation in typography, layout, color theory, accessibility, and visual hierarchy
Background in marketing, branding, or campaign-driven creative environments.
Familiarity with video editing workflows and storytelling for digital platforms
Experience creating cohesive campaigns and scalable design systems across multiple channels.
Highly collaborative communicator with a usercentered, systemsoriented design approach.
Imaginative, curious, and creatively driven, with the ability to bring fresh ideas to life.
Flexible and adaptable in a fastpaced, evolving environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
Organized, selfmotivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with 3D animation or modeling tools such as Blender or Maya (Preferred).
Experience leading or mentoring junior designers (Preferred)
