Inside Sale Rep
Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Rep with a minimum of 2+ years B2B sales (electrical or industrial products preferred).
Starting Pay: $51,500.00 – $60,000 + Full benefits
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm (Additional time as needed)
Duties:
Prospecting and developing new OEM accounts within target industries.
Generate new leads and identify prospective customers through web research, networking on the phone, industry database searches, etc.
Contact new and existing customers to assess their needs and present tailored product and service solutions.
Communicate with customers when they have requests for orders, quotes, concerns on product and service.
Prepare and process sales orders (computer knowledge required).
Generate and follow up on quotes in a timely manner.
Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline tracking.
Perform marketing related activities in support of sales.
Flex to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years B2B sales (electrical or industrial products preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and custom databases.
Ability to sell value over price.
Constant professional interaction with customers and other members of the team.
Some occasional travel required.
